When is Robinhood Presents: To Catch a Token? 

Monday June 30, 2025. Registration opens at 2:00 pm CEST with shuttles departing from the Carlton Cannes hotel for the venue at 3:00 pm CEST. The event will take place over several hours from the late afternoon into the night. See next question for detailed schedule, including registration/check-in and shuttle times.

  • 2:00 pm: Registration / event check-in at the Carlton Cannes
  • 3:00 pm: Shuttles service begins from the Carlton Cannes to the event venue
  • 3:30 pm: Welcome reception 
  • 5:00 pm: Vlad’s Keynote
  • 6:00 pm: Demos & networking (cocktail party) 
  • 7:30 pm: Dinner with fireside chats from crypto thought-leaders
  • 10:00 pm: Evening entertainment

Shuttles begin return trips to the Carlton Cannes at 10 pm and will continue over the next few hours. 

Robinhood Presents: To Catch a Token will take place at a historic château in Cannes, France. The exact location and address will be shared in your confirmation email.

A confirmed invite for the Robinhood Presents: To Catch a Token includes:

  • Exclusive shuttle transportation to/from the event will be provided from the Carlton Cannes. Exact shuttle timing to be shared closer to the event.
  • Welcome reception with food and beverages.
  • In-person viewing of Vlad’s keynote address.
  • Seated dinner including special “fireside chats” with top crypto thought leaders. 
  • The opportunity to hear about Robinhood’s newly announced products live from Vlad and get the chance to demo them live.

Robinhood Presents: To Catch a Token is an invite-only experience for select Robinhood customers, partners, analysts, and VIPs.

Yes. Vlad Tenev’s keynote address will be livestreamed  from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM CEST in the Robinhood app, on Robinhood’s site, and Robinhood’s YouTube and X channels. Instructions will be shared in the coming weeks on these channels on how to join virtually and on how to receive reminders about the livestream.

If you are unable to attend, please notify us by email at  register@robinhood.events.com. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. A cancellation fee may apply if you  cancel after May 30, 2025 as set forth in the Cancellation Policy available here.

For any questions regarding your invite please contact events@robinhood.com. Invites are non-refundable, non-transferable, and valid for the invitee only.

Once all spaces and guest spots are filled, you may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available and we’re able to move you off the waitlist, we will contact you via email.

Guests will be required to take organized shuttles from a central location on La Croisette. Information regarding shuttle times and exact pickup/dropoff location will be shared as we get closer to the event. 

 

No self-transfers (via Uber/ Car shares etc.) or parking will be permitted at the event venue.

We will have multiple shuttles with staggered departure times to and from the venue, ensuring guests can arrive and, if they wish, leave before the event ends.

During the registration process, there is a section where you can state your dietary preferences. If you need to make a change to your registration, you can modify your registration online. You can also email us directly at events@robinhood.com.

Robinhood Presents: To Catch a Token will be held outdoors in the afternoon and evening. Since it's mid-summer on the French Riviera, you can expect warm, sunny weather. There will be plenty of shaded areas available for guests to stay cool and comfortable.

Given these conditions, we recommend dressing comfortably while following the 'professional casual' dress code. This means dressing comfortably for social and professional settings without being overly formal. Examples include: 

  • For Women:
    • Sundresses in various lengths (midi, maxi, or knee-length) 
    • Tailored shorts or skirts paired with a linen shirt or blouse 
    • Flowing pants or wide-leg trousers
    • Lightweight cardigans or blazers for cooler evenings 
  • For Men:
    • Linen shirts or polo shirts
    • Tailored pants or chinos 
    • Lightweight jackets or blazers for cooler evening
  • Fabrics: Prioritize breathable, lightweight materials like linen, cotton, and silk. 
  • Shoes: To get around the venue, you’ll be walking on a mixture of stone, gravel, and grass pathways. Please keep this in mind when planning your footwear. We do not recommend wearing shoes with thin, pointy heels to avoid any issues moving around the venue.

In June and July, the south of France typically sees daytime highs around 80°F/27°C and evening lows near 70°F/21°C. Since the event will be held outdoors, sunscreen will be available and there will be shaded areas throughout the venue. We recommend wearing light, comfortable clothing suitable for the warm summer weather.

Yes. To help ensure everyone’s safety, we ask that guests travel light and avoid bringing extra items such as large bags or laptops. A bag policy will be in place, with size and type restrictions. All bags will be subject to search, and any prohibited items must be checked at the complimentary station located at the shuttle pick-up point.

No. It is recommended that guests travel light and do not bring any luggage, large bags, laptops, etc. with them. Bag and coat check will be available at the shuttle pick up location at the Carlton Cannes.

 Robinhood events utilize a Casual Guests Photography Policy. Unless otherwise stated, guests may capture “casual” photography and videography within the main event space. 

  • Activities and equipment prohibited by the Casual Guest Photography Policy include: 
    • Flash photography and videography during the keynote will be restricted to limit distractions.
    • Professional equipment such as lenses of 13cm or greater, ladders, tripods and other accessories will not be permitted. 
    • Commercial and media photography requires prior approval from Robinhood (unless for pre-approved media outlets). 
    • Event furniture, ropes, stanchions, and other property may not be moved to accommodate photography, nor may they be used as props

Yes. In line with The European Accessibility Act (EAA) individuals with disabilities may bring their service animals into public spaces. Please ensure your dog is well-trained, meets health requirements, and is visibly identified as a service dog with a harness and identification tag.
