While there is no ticket cost to attend this event, you may be subject to cancellation fees or no-show fees as set in this cancellation policy. This policy helps us cover the cost of venues, meals, and experiences reserved in your names should you cancel last minute. 

 

All cancellations must be in writing and sent to events@robinhood.com. Cancellations before the event will incur fees based on the following:

• Cancellations before Friday, May 30, 2025 12:00 CEST, incur no fees. 

• Cancellations after Friday, May 30, 2025 12:00 CEST will incur a €3000 fee. 
   

Guests who RSVP’d and do not attend the event (i.e. no-shows) will incur a €3000.
 

In order to process cancellation fees and no show fees, we collect credit and/or debit card at the time of your registration. For your protection, the card processing is handled on a secured server that encrypts your card information. In the event that you cancel your attendance after May 30 or fail to attend the event, your card will be charged according to this policy.   
 

A €1 deposit will be processed to verify your card information and will be refunded to you after your attendance is confirmed at the event or you cancel prior to May 30 as set forth above.
