HOOD Summit ‘25 is taking place at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas (4455 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89169). When you get on site, here are the key locations you need to know:

• 1. Hotel Check-in: located right on your left when you enter the lobby
• 2. The Manor: start your Summit experience here by checking in and grabbing your badge on 9/9; then feel free to head inside the space to enjoy 1 of our 4 coffee carts, Concierge members lounge and more!
• 3. Agave Hall: your conference hub - including our main HOOD Stage, Podcast Stage, and sponsors booths. Open 12-4 on 9/9 and 7am-6pm on 9/10
• 4. Primrose Hall: your meal room for lunch on 9/9 and breakfast and lunch on 9/10. Additional food and seating on 9/10 can be found on the Event Lawn
• 5. Shuttle Pickup: head past The Manor through the doors to our Shuttle pickup spot. Brand Ambassadors will be stationed through the conference area to help you get there. Shuttle start to depart at 4:15PM PT

• 9/9 Lunch: head to Primrose Hall for a grab-n-go lunch box, for whether you want to explore the activities in Agave Hall or bring it to your room after your travel in.
• 9/9 Dinner: Post-keynote, we’ll have food and an open bar on floor 2 at Grand Prix Plaza.
• 9/10 Breakfast and Lunch: grab some grub in Primrose or if head outside to the Event Lawn for some fresh air as you dine. 
• Coffee Carts: stay energized throughout the day with coffee carts, sponsored by State Street Investment Management. You can find them in Agave Hall, The Manor, and right outside Primrose Hall
• Non-alcoholic beverages stations (sponsored by State Street Investment Management):  throughout the HOOD Summit area at Virgin Hotels, we’ll have non-alcoholic beverages stationed where you can grab water, tea, juice, and more to stay hydrated.

Live from Grand Prix Plaza, hear from our lineup of featured Robinhood leadership as they announce new product and features at  the HOOD Summit ‘25 keynote. Shuttles start departing for Grand Prix Plaza at 4:15PM PT and the keynote starts at 5:30PM PT. Don’t forget your badge - you’ll need it to hop on the shuttle.

Post-keynote, take in all that Grand Prix Plaza has to offer: F1-inspired go karts (sponsored by State Street Investment Management), race simulators, a design lab to virtually build your own car, and even a 4D driving experience.  Plus we’ll have food, drinks and a DJ to set the vibe and keep you energized all night.

Shuttles will run throughout the night between Virgin Hotels and Grand Prix Plaza–so you can head back to the hotels throughout the evening when you’re ready. All remaining guests will depart from Grand Prix Plaza starting at 9pm PM when the event wraps.
