HOOD Summit 2025 will be held on September 9–10 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Accommodations and the conference are at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, with the keynote at the Formula 1 Grand Prix Plaza. See our “Full Schedule” FAQ for event details.

Multiple shuttles run at staggered times to and from the venue, allowing guests to arrive and leave as needed before the event ends.

HOOD Summit runs over two days. 

 

Day 1: Tuesday, September 9, 2025

  • 12:00 PM: Registration at The Manor, Virgin Hotels Las Vegas
    • Agave Hall Conference Floor opens: Robinhood, sponsor booths, and the Podcast Studio
    • Light grab-and-go lunch provided
  • 4:00 PM: Conference Floor closes
  • 4:30: Shuttles begin from Virgin Hotels to F1 Grand Prix Plaza; pre-keynote happy hour upon arrival
  • 5:30 PM: Vlad’s Keynote at F1 Grand Prix Plaza
  • 6:30 PM: Opening Night Celebration with food and drinks, networking, and activities (Go-Karts, virtual experiences, and more)

Day 2: Wednesday, September 10, 2025

  • 7:00 AM: Agave Hall Conference Floor opens, along with breakfast in Primrose Hall
  • 8:00 AM: Podcast Studio opens
  • 8:45 AM: HOOD Stage (main stage) kickoff in Agave Hall with opening remarks and first session
  • 9:00 AM: Sessions begin across all stages (full schedule to follow)
  • 12:00 PM: Lunch in Primrose Hall

HOOD Summit 2025 is invite-only for select Robinhood active traders. Each invitee may bring one guest, pending a screening process. See +1 FAQ (next question) for more details on the guest screening process.

Yes. You can register one +1 guest to share your hotel room and attend all HOOD Summit 2025 programs. All +1s must complete a security screening. Once approved, your guest will receive an email with a link to finalize their registration.

We provide only a hotel room to our invited guests. Your +1 is expected to share your room with you.  Please note that, if available, a “Two Queen Bed” room choice will incur a $20/night surcharge and will be charged on your incidentals bill at check-out.

If you are unable to attend, please notify us by email at events@robinhood.com. Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

 

While there is no ticket cost to attend this event, you may be subject to cancellation fees or no-show fees as set in this cancellation policy. This policy helps us cover the cost of venues, meals, and experiences reserved in your names should you cancel last minute.

 

Cancellations before the event will incur fees based on the following:

  • Cancellations before August 7, 2025 (12:00 AM PST) incur no fee
  • Cancellations after August 7, 2025 (12:00 AM PST) will apply the following fees:
    • $1000 fee for those accepting the complimentary hotel
    • $575 fee for those who do not accept the complimentary hotel
    • $1,575 fee for those accepting the complimentary hotel and who are bringing a guest (+1)
    • $1,150 fee for those who do not accept the complimentary hotel but who are bringing a guest (+1)

In order to process cancellation fees and no show fees, we collect credit and/or debit card at the time of your registration with a $1 deposit.  A $1 deposit verifies your card and will be refunded after attendance is confirmed at the event, or if you cancel before August 7. For your protection, the card processing is handled on a secured server that encrypts your card information.

 

In the event that you cancel your attendance after August 7, 2025 or fail to attend the event, your card will be charged according to this policy.

Yes. Vlad Tenev’s keynote on Tuesday, September 9 will be livestreamed from 5:30–6:30 PM PST via the Robinhood app, website, Robinhood’s X and YouTube channels, and Vlad’s X channel.

 

Main Stage sessions will stream on Robinhood’s YouTube and X. Select Podcast Studio sessions will also be livestream—schedule coming soon. Robinhood Booth sessions will not be livestreamed.

Think “comfortable casual”—polished, relaxed, and true to your style. You’ll be networking and on the move, so dress smart but not formal.
 

For Everyone:

  • Jeans, chinos, or other clean, well-fitting pants
  • Tees, polos, button-downs, or lightweight sweaters
  • Casual dresses or skirts that are stylish but practical
  • Comfortable shoes (sneakers, boots, flats—skip gym shoes)
  • Optional: Lightweight jacket or blazer to layer or dress it up

What to Avoid:

  • Suits and ties (too formal)
  • Shorts, athleisure/gym attire or distressed clothing (too casual)
  • Clubwear or nightlife attire (not appropiate) 

Las Vegas can reach up to 99°F in September. Event venues are indoors with A/C, so be prepared for temperature shifts between inside and outside. See the dress code above for outfit tips.

Yes. For safety, please travel light—avoid large bags or unnecessary items. All bags are subject to search, and prohibited items must be returned to your room or checked at the hotel.

Your HOOD registration includes a complimentary 2-night stay at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, with check-in on Tuesday, Sept 9 and check-out on Thursday, Sept 11, 2025.

Guests will receive their hotel confirmation within 2 weeks of registering for HOOD Summit. If you have not received your reservation info or have questions about your reservation, please reach out to our team at events@robinhood.com.

Virgin Hotels Las Vegas offers a discounted rate for HOOD Summit attendees. After receiving your hotel confirmation (about a week after registration), contact the hotel directly (844.535.2187) and mention HOOD Summit 2025 to book your extended stay at the discounted rate.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Guests must provide a major credit card and photo ID to cover incidentals. All guests must be 21 or older to check in. 
Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-outs between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM incur a fee, after 4:00 PM a full day’s rate applies, and all late requests are subject to availability.
 

The amenities included in your stay are daily wellness classes at The Spa, access to the fitness center, pool, and Kassi Beach Club, a 15% discount on spa services, in-room live streaming (Hulu, Netflix, etc.), high-speed internet, two bottles of water, and notary services for up to two documents.

Robinhood covers your HOOD Summit ticket and 2-night hotel stay, but travel to/from Las Vegas and local transportation are not included

Shuttles run between Virgin Hotels and the F1 Grand Prix Plaza from 4:30 PM until the event ends; it’s also a 10-minute walk. Detailed shuttle instructions, including pickup location at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, will be shared as we get closer to the event. Be sure to wear your HOOD Summit 2025 badge at all times and pick it up at The Manor at Virgin Hotels during check-in. You will not be allowed onto the shuttle or into Grand Prix Plaza without picking up your badge first.
